Ronnie K. Irani & Family ZEDF Scholar Loan Award

ZEDF is now accepting applications for funding of a ZEDF Scholar interested in pursuing graduate studies leading to a Master’s degree with a major or focus in Entrepreneurship from a recognized accredited university.

Criteria and details for applicants:

Open to all Zoroastrians.
Only one ZEDF Scholar will be selected for the academic year 2025-26 academic year starting Fall 2025 or Spring 2026.
Individual should have received an unconditional admission offer from a US University.
Individual should work to maximize grants from Zoroastrian Trusts and University sources which do not have to be paid back.
ZEDF will provide the balance, upto US$ 15,000, as an Entrepreneurship Development Loan for Tuition & Living.
Tuition amount would be paid directly to the University and Living expenses as determined to be reasonable to the Scholar.
ZEDF Scholar will pay back the loan within 4 years following graduation.
Personal promissory note from Individual & Guarantor will be required.
ZEDF Trustees will select the Scholar based on academic achievement, work experience, volunteerism and ‘Giving Back’. The trustees’ decision will be final.
